Dr. Joiselle Smith is the Founding Partner of Goshen Global and CEO of Pathways to Creative Industries, at the intersection of capital, culture, and social impact. She partners with leading institutions, creatives and leaders to design and scale initiatives that generate measurable impact across sectors globally.
A Senior Fellow at Harvard University, Dr. Smith publishes research at the edge of organizational development, contemplative practice and spirituality bringing intellectual rigor to some of the most complex questions facing institutions and leaders today. Her scholarly work complements her executive practice, informing how organizations build cultures of purpose, resilience, and lasting impact. She currently serves as Vice President of the Alumnae-i Network for Harvard Women and Treasurer of the Harvard Black Alumni Society and leads communities focused on wellness and retreat spaces that foster authentic connections and community-based healing.
Dr. Smith holds a doctorate from Harvard's Graduate School of Education and studied Public Policy and Economics at Duke University as a Reginaldo Howard Memorial Scholar. She has been recognized by the University of Southern California as one of the top women leading in education and social impact, one of several honors she has received for her work driving systemic change worldwide.
